Reporting to Vice President, Learning & Development (L&D), this position concentrates on supporting L&D team in the execution of learning program offerings, Organization Development initiatives, summarizing and analyzing data, creating learning program calendars and other materials, and providing coordination support to the team. 

The ideal individual will be proactive and anticipatory in approach, demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, have a high attention to detail, strong technology skills, exemplify an energetic, poised, and positive demeanor, and demonstrate the ability to balance multiple priorities and work well in a diverse, fast-paced, team environment. 


Learning Management System (LMS) support

  • Partner with LMS lead on system projects (e.g., enhancements, improving user experience, etc.)
  • Create learning events and programs in LMS
  • Track enrollment statistics to inform needed marketing for sessions
  • Support scorecard preparation by managing session attendance data and providing additional reporting supporting

Instructor-led session planning and event support

  • Scheduling facilitators, ordering session materials, and handling coordination logistics for approximately 15 sessions per month
  • Media, A/V, Catering, Tour request
  • Room holds management
  • Support deployment of personality profiling tools by handling profile setup, monitoring completion, and material preparation for sessions
  • Handle the ordering and delivery of new hire orientation swag
  • Coordinate new hire orientation tours

Data input support

  • Provide data input and cross-checking support for talent planning activities, reviewing documents to ensure accuracy across PPT and excel, and providing needed support for reporting purposes

Learning communications and marketing support

  • Support the drafting of 4-6 marketing communications per month for virtual instructor-led classes as well as online learning (LinkedIn learning, Rosetta Stone, and LinkedIn Learning)
  • Coordinate with Corp comms to get trending posts up weekly
  • Support creation of quarterly learning catalog

Department inbox management

  • Manage Learning and Development inbox to assist employees with learning resource inquiries

Provide administrative support for VP

  • Schedule meetings
  • Expense management
  • Submit invoices
  • Pro card reconciliation support

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience  
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Must be able to do pivot tables, view look up, etc.  
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience at Admin to Coordinator level
