Perform eDiscovery case management and coordination of operational tasks
Liaise with eDiscovery case point of contacts
Support team tasks including; initial case creation processes, creating forensic collections, processing evidence, review workspace setup
Analyze and review eDiscovery workflows for efficiency and process improvements
Maintain eDiscovery and other technical documentation
Provide technical knowledge and resources to appropriate departments
Assist with evaluation of new products to integrate into existing workflows
Requirements:
BS/BA Degree and 3+ years of related experience
Expertise in the EDRM process
Proficiency in review platforms including Relativity
Must be able to independently interface and work with internal and external lawyers, IT teams, and other Investigative Services personnel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on a fast paced, dynamic team
Position requires minimal on-call availability
Good sense of humor
Preferred:
Experience with managing multiple projects in parallel
Experience with DSAR (GDPR/CPRA) case requirements
Working experience and workflow knowledge of processing tools including Nuix
RCA or similar Review platform certification is preferred
Knowledge of analytic steps including TAR & Threading
Corporate/In-House legal experience is preferred
Driven technology enthusiast with ability to self-learn about new technology topics
Experience with O365 and Google Business
Familiarity with local and remote forensic collections (iOS, Android, Microsoft O365, Google Business, Mac, Windows, Slack)
The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000-$126,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
