Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) is looking for an IAM Operations Lead to support our enterprise Identity management program (IDM) in our Culver City, CA headquarters. Within IT, the position reports to the Executive Director, Corporate IT and will be accountable for all technology aspects of software service management so that the product meets business and technology requirements and is delivered on-time/on-budget.  

This role focuses on Identity Governance and Compliance with SailPoint IIQ and LDAP directories. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with SailPoint, OKTA, or similar IAM technologies. Responsibilities include daily operations support and contributing to long-term strategy and architecture. The position will enhance SPE's managed services relationship, address technical ownership risks, and add value in:

  • Managing incident queues and improving managed services support
  • Handling escalations promptly while meeting SLAs and maintaining enhancement efforts
  • Driving internal improvements in code and processes related to data and solutions

Responsibilities: 

  • Incidents: Manage all L3 Service Now INCs, including queue management, bulk updates, PAM account support, and user account repairs.
  • Access Certifications: Handle staging, launching, and closing of access certification campaigns for both SOX and non-SOX activities.
  • Production Debug: Troubleshoot production issues, including defects, design flaws, and coding errors.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as system performance checks, verifying authoritative sources, monitoring Workday scans, and generating monthly custom reports.
  • Password Rotations: Ensure compliance with password policies by rotating passwords for IDM systems and service accounts.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Address urgent requests and escalations from stakeholders.
  • Documenting SLA, KPI, and technical knowledge transfer materials, managing project and task delivery, and conducting root cause analysis for problem management. Additionally, it includes contributing to assessment reports and recommendations for technology evaluations, and developing enterprise standards, usage guidelines, and reference architectures.

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years in identity management with extensive experience in SailPoint IIQ, including user lifecycle management, RBAC, and certifications.
  • Proficient in integrating IGA tools with ServiceNow, Workday, O365, CyberArk, and other systems.
  • Strong skills in developing and troubleshooting web services (REST and SCIM).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira for sprint planning.
  • Knowledge of access management, SSO, federation tools, and some LDAP directory architecture.
  • Familiar with IDaaS tools (Okta, Ping, Azure), modern protocols (SAML, OIDC), PAM tools, cloud integrations, MFA, and DevOps tools.
  • IDaaS tools such as Okta, Ping, Azure  
  • Experience with AD, Azure AD, O365, ADFS and its integration with IGA tools

The anticipated base salary for this position is $105,000-$140,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
