This Summer Internship is from May/June through Sept. 1st (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location This is not a remote role. A hybrid work option may or may not be available.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
International Marketing Partnerships is responsible for securing meaningful marketing partnerships with strategically appropriate brands to help drive awareness of SPE’s slate of films and build box office results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, the intern will support the International Marketing Partnerships team executing partner campaigns in support of our Spring 2023 releases, help brainstorm ideas for brands or categories that would be good fits for marketing partnerships on future titles, and assist with status documents reporting secured and potential partner deals. He or she will be instrumental in tracking and capturing global, regional, and local activity of all campaigns and creating a wrap report to present the full Promotional campaign for that title. He/she will liaise with our international offices on all monthly status sales calls, regional agency calls, and help review new deals for approval.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Intermediate in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Proficient in internet research with experience in an office setting
Proven interest in working with international markets
Flexible and able to prioritize within fluid situations
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under tight time constraints
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues Internationally
Knowledge and passion for film and brand marketing
