The Coordinator, Brand Solutions will support the execution and day-to-day operations of Sony Pictures Television Studios’ brand partnerships and integration efforts across SPT. This role will work closely with the SVP Brand Solutions to help drive revenue-generating partnerships by assisting in partner outreach, project coordination, research, and internal collaboration. This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for someone interested in brand content, partnerships, and media sales who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development Support
- Assist in researching prospective brand partners, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Support the development of target lists for outreach aligned with SPT priorities and active projects
- Help prepare outreach materials and track communication with prospective partners
Sales & Pitch Support
- Contribute to the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and brand partnership materials in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate the collection of relevant show, audience, and platform data to support storytelling and sales efforts
- Maintain and organize sales materials, case studies, and partnership examples
Project Coordination & Execution
- Support the execution of brand partnerships from initial concept through delivery
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders (creative, production, legal, finance, ad sales) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Track project milestones, approvals, and integration requirements to ensure smooth execution
Relationship & Account Support
- Assist in maintaining partner records, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Help coordinate meetings, agendas, and materials for partner and internal discussions
- Support ongoing partner needs by gathering data, performance metrics, and campaign updates
Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain internal trackers for partnership pipeline, deal status, and revenue projections
- Help manage phones, calendars, meeting logistics, T&E and team coordination for the SVP and broader team
- Ensure all documentation and materials are organized and up to date
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in entertainment, media, advertising, marketing, or partnerships (internships included)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel
- Interest in brand content, product integration, or media partnerships
- Familiarity with entertainment, streaming, or digital media landscape
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels of seniority
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated base salary for this position is $31/hour to $40/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
