B17 Entertainment is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and creative Coordinator to support four senior executives and the broader B17 team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, anticipates needs, communicates effectively, and is equally comfortable handling executive support and contributing to creative development. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is passionate about unscripted television and excited to be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial production environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for four senior executives, coordinating multiple meetings and shifting priorities
  • Serve as a key point of coordination across B17 departments, the Sony Pictures Television, Nonfiction team, and external partners to schedule meetings efficiently and ensure the right stakeholders are included
  • Organize and track deadlines, follow up on action items, and keep executives and department heads informed of progress
  • Manage incoming calls and general administrative needs
  • Support development projects through research, copywriting, presentation decks, and other creative development materials
  • Manage company email accounts and related administrative maintenance
  • Help maintain B17’s website and social media channels
  • Coordinate day-to-day office needs, including Sony lot drive-ons, office crafty, organization, and facilities and technology requests
  • Take on additional projects and ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support the team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Coordinator supporting executives in media, entertainment, or an agency environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies and effectively coordinate with IT support teams
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Creative and intellectually curious, with an interest in contributing beyond traditional administrative responsibilities
  • High-energy, proactive self-starter with a positive, can-do approach
  • Strong computer and presentation design skills; experience with Canva, AI image-generation tools, and Photoshop is a plus
  • Resourceful, collaborative, ambitious, and passionate about unscripted television and the work of B17 Entertainment

The anticipated base salary for this position is $52,000–$60,000. This role may also qualify for overtime, annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
