Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.

Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry.
The facilities and backlot department performs maintenance across the 110 year old studio lot, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, paint, and construction. The team is responsible for all utilities (electrical, water, gas), along with completing capital construction projects to improve the studio lot.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor usage of energy in buildings, sound stages, and other locations around the studio lot
- Research technology to upgrade energy usage
- Review existing energy data history and provide analysis
- Manage small energy projects
- Participate in meetings
Qualifications:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering major
- Experience with spreadsheets and other data analytics tools
- Ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Outlook)
The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
