Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry.
The Corporate IT General Counsel team partners with teams across Sony Pictures Entertainment's General Counsel organization, including Legal Affairs, Compliance, Privacy, Investigative Services, Corporate Social Responsibility, and other legal functions. We support the applications they use, implement new technology, evaluate new tools, and help our stakeholders get the most value from them.
Responsibilities:
- Support enterprise applications across the General Counsel organization
- Research and evaluate new products, including AI and SaaS solutions
- Gather business requirements and document business processes
- Coordinate user testing for new features and applications
- Create documentation and training materials
- Work with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams on technology initiatives
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies and business processes
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to take initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, APIs, or similar analytical tools
- Experience documenting business requirements or business processes
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with AI or other emerging technologies
- Interest in enterprise applications, business analysis, legal technology, or the entertainment industry
The anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
