Overview: The Manager of Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs will lead strategic initiatives to cultivate a wide pool of interns, trainees, and emerging talent through year- round Emerging Talent Programs. This role encompasses the oversight of the North America intern and trainee programs, finance rotational associates, and university recruiting, while managing key partnerships that support recruitment efforts. The manager will also oversee high-volume referrals for these programs and manage one full-time TA Programs resource. Additionally, the manager will direct the strategy for the below-the-line content production pipelining initiative.

This position reports to the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and is based at the Culver City, CA studio headquarters, with a hybrid work schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for Emerging Talent Programs.

  • Enhance Emerging Talent Programs through ongoing evaluation and improvement.

  • Provide data analytics on hiring, conversion rates and other key metrics for programs.

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting strategies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Coordinate and participate in both in-person and virtual recruiting events.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to enhance talent programs.

  • Manage intern recruitment initiatives in alignment with community needs and timelines.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities and organizations as the primary contact for SPE.

  • Plan and execute on-site activities for talent program participants, including orientations and networking events.

  • Stay informed about campus recruiting trends and best practices.

  • Develop social media strategies to promote the program nationally.

  • Identify high-potential participants for full-time opportunities.

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for all program participants.

  • Manage one TA Specialist responsible for recruiting and executing TA programs, as well as full-cycle below-the-line production pipelining.

  • Collaborate with the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team on related talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Provide support for overflow full-cycle professional recruitment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in managing talent programs.

  • Experience in talent program management within the entertainment/media industry is preferred.

  • Proficient with recruiting tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruiting preferred).

  • Experience in developing employment branding strategies is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on achieving business results.

  • Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage with some of our most senior leaders and navigate complex discussions.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $117,000 to $146,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
