  • Work with the Sales Planning team to provide updates on Franchise Alignment and SVOD seasonal opportunities, suggesting recommendations and identifying commercial focus areas.

  • Proactively follow up with Research teams to fulfil client reporting requests in line with contractual commitments.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop bespoke, engaging client-facing presentations to support commercial discussions.

Deal Negotiation & Management

  • Independently create, negotiate, and paper commercially smart deals and favourable terms aligned with strategic objectives and within SPT policies and guidelines, optimising product/grant of rights against revenue generation.

  • Utilise all available data and insights appropriately to inform decision-making and optimise deal structures.

  • Lead and support negotiations in collaboration with SPE legal counsel and central teams.

  • Ensure Sony’s ability to fully service all existing and new deal commitments.
