Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining an extensive archive database of film materials for the Sony Pictures Classics Postproduction team
Performing quality control checks on screeners and trailer cards
Assist with market research projects
Assist with administrative duties
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Advertising
Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program or higher
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (familiarity with Adobe suite is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain organizational skills while handling multiple projects at one time
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for film, and film marketing, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
