This Summer/Fall Trainee position is from May/June through December 12th and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for entry-level talent or recent graduates interested in jump-starting their career in a particular field.
SPC Operations oversees all billing and film revenue collected from theaters and sub distributors. We work with film buyers and theater owners to collect box office reports, then create deposits, and apply film revenue to the respective accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Entering box office reports
- Support the operations team with creating deposits
- Assist with collecting invoice backup
- Daily administrative office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Proficient skills in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain organizational skills while handling multiple projects at one time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some experience with finance/accounting or billing preferred
The anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
