The Booker is responsible for negotiating films with exhibitors according to releases and holdovers.

• Negotiation with some exhibitors (except the top 10)
• Responsible to include the new booking and update in current sales system (Dex) and those information with theater, screen, version and format.
• Manage for sending the title by satellite or currier when it is necessary support to the theater also press screening, previews and festivals.
• Addition in Dicer system information about digital screenings and updating to MPS.
• Sending PO’s for payment of HD and Satellite at Cinecolor and carrier at Ariba on demand
• Updated movie information on Interplan: change of release dates, local title, rating, addition of local productions and inclusion of Film ID for uploading FilmB revenues to Sony Films and competitors.
• Management of the return of HD’s from cinemas that did not return within 30 days after the release.
• Sending the Sony Release Calendar to the market.

Billing / GBO

• Support in the collection of rents and outstanding invoices
• Rectification of screens, GBO, CNPJ and Film Rental when necessary and support the Billing team.
