Senior Territory Digital Account Manager - Nordics and Benelux

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (SPHE) is focused on maximising Film and Television revenue through physical and digital distribution channels. Within this, the Nordics & Benelux Digital Sales team manages all transactional digital (EST & VOD) relationships across both regions.

The Senior TDAM will directly lead digital sales in the Nordics, oversee the TDAM responsible for Benelux and drive the overarching digital strategy across both territories.

This role can be based in London or Stockholm and will report to the VP of Home Entertainment and will do the following:

  • Continue to develop the studio’s future Nordics and Benelux digital strategy to deliver against the business’s commercial targets and objectives

  • Manage a team of 1 Account manager and work with our HE marketing executives to ensure financial targets and account objectives are met while building lasting value-added relationships with platforms and retailers

What you'll do:

Digital Strategy – 30%

  • Partner with the VP to provide strategic leadership, vision and direction, applying financial, commercial and people management expertise to maximise GP and meet growth goals across Nordics and Benelux.

  • Shape the future digital strategy based on consumer, market and category insights.

  • Lead and develop the Digital Account Management team through coaching, training and ongoing feedback.

  • Collaborate with the Business Planning & Insights team to deepen understanding of digital consumer behaviour, assess market dynamics, monitor performance and inform future initiatives.

  • Support the VP in broader business management activities when required.

  • Build strong partnerships with the EMEA Commercial Partnerships team and other international colleagues to share best practices and promote cross-territory synergies.

  • Work closely with SPE’s TV Distribution division to ensure alignment across strategy, budgeting and commercial priorities.

Commercial Responsibility – 35%

  • Own delivery of the digital fiscal targets for assigned accounts, overseeing the full process from budgeting to forecasting, performance tracking and business reporting.

  • Work closely with Business Planning & Insights and Finance to ensure accurate, robust and aligned financial projections.

  • Provide clear, contextualised performance updates to the VP during weekly Commercial meetings.

Partnerships – 35%

  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with platform partners, anchored in an insight-led sales approach.

  • Drive best-in-class partnerships through annual joint business planning, quarterly performance reviews, and proactive initiative proposals - supported by fast, reliable day-to-day account management.

  • Identify and deliver incremental growth opportunities through third-party collaborations, including bundle deals, brand partnerships, and retail expansion.

What you have:

Knowledge

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in digital distribution at a major studio, home entertainment company, or digital content licensing organisation is essential

  • Deep understanding of the digital marketplace, emerging trends, and future developments

  • Significant experience in forecasting and delivering business targets, with a proactive approach to value creation

  • Extensive experience in licensing, including term sheet drafting and negotiation

  • Strong customer management experience and established industry relationships

  • Proven people management and experience supervising direct reports

Skills

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client and internal relationships

  • Effective team leadership with the ability to inspire, guide and drive continuous improvement
